    I first discovered yoga of the heart when I was working in pacific palms building a house. Vickie is one of those teachers that every studio could do with but doesn't always have, giving every individual what they need whether it be strength or loving nurture.... I'm based in Newcastle but always look forward to and even make excuses to get back there as much as possible!! First class!!

    Hi, I have just started yoga when th Vicki and I would like to say how amazing my experience has been. The classes are youforic and I don't say that lightly :-)

    Vickie is the beautiful light that lead me to start my yoga journey. She's the real deal, she lives and breaths everything she teaches. And she's cheeky and fun which makes her practice a wonderful place to be. I can't recommend spending time with Vickie more highly, wether it be yoga, massage or anything else she has to offer.
